Job summary

CSL is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Services Associate at our Spokane plasma center. The role includes greeting donors, verifying eligibility, and guiding them through screening procedures. You will perform vital health checks and document results, ensuring accuracy in the donor information system.

After training, you may educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies, while maintaining a safe, clean work environment and adhering to all SOPs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical/health setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening, including health history and basic questions; refer to medical staff as needed.
• Perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit and protein levels.
• Educate donors on products from donated plasma after appropriate training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system as SOPs require.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow HSE and OSHA policies; ensure supplies are stocked.
