Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history, basic medical questions, and health screening procedures.
• Educate donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma and answer donor questions.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer telephone calls or transfer to appropriate staff.
