Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and perform registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening, health history, basic questions, and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Explain screening, health tests, appointment system, center policies, nutrition, and donation-related information to donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE and OSHA policies.
