Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Front Desk Associate in Florida to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures. You will assist with health history review, answer basic medical questions, and help with data collection in the center’s electronic system.

The role emphasizes accurate data recording, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining donor privacy. Training will cover the screening process and nutrition information; bilingual ability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and assist with registration and eligibility screening.
• Assist donors through screening procedures, including health history review and basic medical questions, and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Perform finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels and ensure accurate data recording in the electronic system.
• Educate donors on the donation process, center policies, nutrition, and other pertinent information after training.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to SOPs, OSHA, and HSE policies; ensure a clean, organized work area and proper supplies.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff; cross-train to support center needs.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and be bilingual if required by the organization.
