Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors and guide them through the screening process at our plasma collection center in Orlando, FL. You will verify donor suitability by collecting health information and performing initial health checks under SOPs.

After training, you may educate new donors on the donation process, policies, nutrition, and the center's procedures. Strong communication and accuracy in data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and collect health history data.
• Perform health screening such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and hematocrit samples.
• Educate donors on donation processes, policies, nutrition and center procedures after training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain safety by following HSE/OSHA policies and confidentiality; answer phone inquiries.
