Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Screener to warmly greet donors, guide them through registration, and conduct initial health screenings in a fast-paced plasma center. You will operate under SOPs, record data accurately, and coordinate with medical staff as needed to ensure donor safety and process efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening per SOPs.
Explain the screening process and health screening tests performed to donors and answer questions.
Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate staff.
Monitor donor condition during and after pheresis and alert staff to any reactions.
Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
