Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a friendly donor center receptionist to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening steps. You will perform basic health checks, collect information, and answer donor questions while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least three months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in a medical setting. Training provided; opportunities to grow within CSL Plasma's network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in screening, including health history, basic medical questions, and health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger sticks to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the use of therapeutic products from donated plasma after training.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and maintain confidentiality.
