Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and perform plasma collection and processing in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Prepare shipments and handle sterile products and samples per SOPs.
