Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Technician I to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products within a compliant facility. You will follow SOPs to ensure safety, quality, and optimal donor experience.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible day/evening shifts, including weekends. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits available upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three months' experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and maintain compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure donor confidentiality and positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Process plasma collection and handle samples per SOPs.
• Maintain temperature logs and proper storage of materials.
• Keep donor center clean and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Perform routine equipment quality checks and documentation.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Three months' experience in clerical or customer service

Bilingual in Spanish (location specific)
