Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor center technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while strictly adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.

The role focuses on safety, quality, and delivering an excellent donor experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, performing required tests, maintaining records, and ensuring biosafety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Three (3) months’ clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to read English.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated plasmapheresis equipment.
• Perform plasma collection and processing with proper sample handling.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure biosafety compliance.
• Provide high levels of donor service and confidentiality.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and SOPs.
