Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring for a donor center role focused on donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain high donor standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating automated plasmapheresis equipment, performing safety checks, and handling samples and shipments per SOPs. Strong customer service and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of clerical or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and troubleshoot alarms.
• Process plasma and samples following SOPs and transportation rules.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
• Keep accurate records and ensure product safety and quality.
