Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a position focused on donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes maintaining donor confidentiality and delivering a high-quality donor experience.

You will monitor donor conditions, perform eligibility assessments, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment. The job requires attention to safety, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to SOPs and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and English literacy.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing with proper handling and shipments.
• Monitor freezer/refrigerator temperatures and document variances.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of biohazardous waste.
• Maintain and perform quality control on donor center equipment.
• Maintain complete and accurate recordkeeping in compliance with SOPs.
• Provide oversight of product safety and donor safety.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine QC checks.
