The position emphasizes patient confidentiality, donor experience, and accurate recordkeeping across operations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and experience in customer service or clerical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, donor confidentiality, and positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments, including vitals and testing, to ensure safety and product quality.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sterile products and sample handling, and prepare shipments.
• Monitor temperatures, report malfunctions, and document variances.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe disposal of biohazardous waste and spills.
• Recordkeeping in compliance with SOPs; quality control on donor center equipment.
• Provide oversight of product safety and donor safety by monitoring collection ratios and adverse events.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine quality checks.
