Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a role responsible for determining donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing while maintaining compliance. The position focuses on high-quality donor experiences and strict adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

The role involves operating automated plasmapheresis equipment, monitoring temperatures, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean, compliant donor center with excellent service. Training and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to follow regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor experience.
• Perform donor eligibility assessments and monitor donor conditions.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Handle plasma collection and processing following SOPs.
• Monitor temperatures and report variances.
• Keep donor center clean and safe disposal of waste.
• Maintain equipment quality control and records.
• Provide oversight of product safety and donor safety.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform QC checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
