Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks dedicated staff to support plasma collection and processing at our donor center. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain equipment, and provide excellent donor service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, performing QC checks, and handling biohazard procedures while maintaining donor confidentiality and accurate records. This role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• State-specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals.
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and stocks supplies.
• Operates Donor Center equipment and monitors machine alarms.
• Monitors donor conditions and ensures safety and product quality.
• Maintains donor confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
