Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a center associate to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor safety, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong customer service abilities. Some roles may require Spanish language skills and willingness to work varied shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sample handling and shipments.
• Monitor temperatures and document variances.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness and safe disposal of waste.
• Maintain and perform quality control on equipment.
• Maintain complete and accurate recordkeeping.
• Provide oversight of product safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine quality control checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
