Job summary

Octapharma Plasma is hiring a Donor Center Technician to ensure regulatory compliance, maintain a clean, safe donor area, and provide excellent donor service. You will operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor conditions, and keep accurate records in line with SOPs.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and strong organizational and communication abilities to support production quality and donor experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain high production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness and a professional environment; stock supplies as needed.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms; document exceptions and perform daily/monthly QCs.
• Record keeping per company SOPs and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions to ensure safety and quality of plasma products.
