Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring a Donor Center Technician 1 to support donor center operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high donor service standards.

You will assist with plasmapheresis procedures, monitor donor safety, and help prepare plasma products for shipment. The role requires basic computer skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write English required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain highest production standards.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness and orderly work area.
• Monitor donor conditions and ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms/adverse events.
• Prepare product and samples for shipments per procedures.
