Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor center technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will perform vitals, operate plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donors, document records, and uphold safety and quality. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.

Work schedule includes day and evening hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Assess donor eligibility through vitals testing and registration.
• Monitor donor conditions for safety and product quality.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
