Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience in clerical or customer service in a medical/health setting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing screening per SOPs, including health history, medical questions, and referrals to medical staff when needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE and OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed to support center operations.
• Communicate donor flow issues to the Group Leader or Supervisor.
• Ensure confidentiality of donor and center information.
