CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Support role to greet donors, guide them through the screening process, and perform basic health checks. After training, position may involve donor education on plasma donations and eligibility.

The role supports daily center operations, handles donor questions, and maintains accurate records in the donor information system. The candidate should have at least a high school diploma and 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare,

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Must be able to communicate effectively with donors and staff

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and questions.
• Perform health screening tasks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and collect samples as needed.
• Educate donors on donation process and center policies after training.
• Record donor data accurately in electronic system; maintain confidentiality.
• Support center operations and respond to donor inquiries or calls
• May cross-train in other areas to meet business needs.
