Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Registrar to greet donors, verify eligibility for plasma pheresis and guide them through the screening process. You will assist with health screening, document donor information, and answer questions per SOPs.

Role requires at least a high school diploma and 3 months in clerical or customer service work, preferably in healthcare. Occasional cross-training and ongoing safety responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service position; healthcare setting preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process in line with SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer donor questions and assist with appointment scheduling and questions about policies.
• Monitor donor during and after donation for any adverse reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Cross-train in other areas to meet centre needs.
