Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Plasma Donor Colletion Specialist to perform pheresis procedures and plasma collection in a fast-paced center. You will set up donors, monitor during the process, and disconnect after collection.

In addition to phlebotomy duties, this role involves evaluating vein performance, expediting donation time, and maintaining donor safety and a positive experience in line with SOPs and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training completed.
• External candidates must have 6 months experience as a phlebotomist; 12 months in medical/healthcare preferred.
• Internal CSL employees must have completed CSL Plasma training.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedures and plasma collection per SOPs, including donor setup, monitoring, and disconnect.
• Perform venipuncture to begin pheresis process in compliance with FDA guidelines.
• Monitor vein performance, expedite donation time, and ensure donor safety and experience.
