CSL is seeking a Plasma Donor Collector to perform venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety and adherence to SOPs. You will manage donor setup, monitoring, and data recording, while assisting donors with questions about screening, nutrition and center policies.

The role may require bilingual communication and cross-training in related duties. Experience in a medical setting is preferred, and CA locations may require phlebotomy certification or RN licensure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in medical or healthcare environment preferred.
• State certification for phlebotomy or RN may be required in CA centers.

Responsabilités

• Collect plasma from donors via venipuncture and monitor pheresis process.
• Set up donors, monitor during pheresis, and disconnect when complete.
• Record donor data in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Educate donors on screening, nutrition, and center policies as needed.
• Respond to donor reactions and maintain a safe, efficient workflow.
