CSL in Virginia is seeking a Donor Center Clerk to greet donors at the plasma collection center and perform registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

You will support the screening process under SOPs, perform basic health checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature), and collect a finger-stick sample. You will help educate donors on process details and center policies, while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors with screening procedures per SOPs, including health history review and basic medical questions; refer to staff when needed; perform health screening such as BP, pulse, weight, and temperature; collect finger-stick samples for hematocrit and total protein.
