Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a plasma donor center technician to perform plasmapheresis and venipuncture. You will ensure donor safety and compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining donor comfort and a high level of service.

The role requires following SOPs, managing equipment, and documenting all procedures accurately in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and the position supports daytime to evening shifts at the Fort Myers facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimal healthcare experience acceptable; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow written protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis process and venipuncture.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate donor identification.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP SOPs.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
