Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a plasmapheresis technician to perform venipunctures and collect plasma, ensuring donor safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will prepare and monitor equipment, maintain donor confidentiality, and document machine logs while handling alarms and events as they occur. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical environment experience preferred (3 months).
• Documentation of training prior to independent duties.

Responsabilités

• Execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and donor safety.
• Set up equipment and dispose of waste per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions and manage adverse events.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Maintain machine logs and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP.
