Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring for a plasmapheresis technician to perform venipunctures and operate plasmapheresis equipment at our donation centers.

You will ensure donor safety, compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA and GMP standards, and deliver strong customer service to donors. The role requires attention to documentation, equipment setup, and proper disposal of biohazard waste, with flexibility for day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent.
• Completed documentation of training appropriate for duties prior to performing duties independently.

Responsabilités

• Execute plasmapheresis procedure and venipunctures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain donor experience and provide high levels of customer service.
• Set up equipment and supplies, label units and samples accurately.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events.
• Monitor donor safety and plasma quality; ensure donor confidentiality.
