Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Columbus, OH seeks a Center Supervisor to oversee production-area staff, ensure training and safety, and maintain quality standards. You will monitor cross-training, review QC records, coordinate new-hire orientation, and support hiring. The role reports to the Center Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Willingness to engage in cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Ability to participate in hiring processes and new employee orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training and recertification completion.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate staff to meet performance goals and comply with quality standards.
• Consult with management on escalated donor or employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operations, safety, and customer service and identify improvement opportunities.
