Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and recertification.
• Review Quality Control Records in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage production area and motivate staff to meet goals and standards.
• Consult with management on escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety and customer service concerns.
