Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking a center supervisor at our Burleson, TX facility. You will oversee production-area staff, manage scheduling, and drive inventory control and donor-related operations.

You will resolve donor concerns, analyze non-conforming events, and ensure Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks are performed efficiently. CPR/AED certification is required, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to stand and walk for full shift; frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling in production areas.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and drive operational excellence.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.
