Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, extended periods, and occasional travel.
• Must be mobile for the entire shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens may occur.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company rules for quality, donor and staff safety.
• Assist in correcting audit findings and prepare routine management reports.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
