Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Training Supervisor in Columbus, OH. The role oversees the general management of production-area staff, ensures cross-training and annual recertification, and coordinates new-hire orientation within a fast-paced plasma center.

You will report to the Center Manager and drive safety and quality. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and reaching; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand for full shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate staff to meet performance goals while complying with quality standards.
• Consult with management on escalated donor/employee concerns and opportunities for improvement.
