BioLife Plasma Services in Columbus, GA seeks a center operations supervisor to help manage production staff and donor interactions. You will report to the Center Manager and support achievement of production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

You will participate in hiring, training, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining safety for donors and staff. Expect varied production roles and customer service tasks daily.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends and extended periods; occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Mansioni

• Oversee production staff and center operations on the donor floor.
• Assist in staff selection, training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory rules.
• Prepare routine reports for management and support audit actions.
