Takeda, through BioLife Plasma Services, is hiring in Burleson, TX to oversee the production-area teams and manage donors in a fast-paced plasma donation center. The role reports to the Center Manager and focuses on daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality donor experiences.

The position emphasizes scheduling, process adherence, and teamwork, with a sign-on bonus of $3,500 and comprehensive benefit offerings.

Formación

• CPR and AED certification required or able to obtain.
• Frequent bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift and monitor equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Interact with donors to address concerns and ensure donor experience.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts.

Conocimientos
