Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; gloves required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Collaborate with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities from non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing.
• Foster teamwork, clear communication and conflict resolution.
