Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and standing for long shifts with lifting to 32 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area, motivate staff to meet goals and comply with quality standards.
• Consult and refer to management for escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
