Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and recertification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate staff to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Consult with management on escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
