Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Manager to lead the production area and oversee staff at our Kissimmee, FL site. You will ensure quality standards, drive safety, and coordinate operations in a donor-focused environment.

You will monitor training, participate in hiring, review QC records, and mentor hourly staff to meet performance goals while supporting continuous improvement and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lead and coordinate training, safety and quality activities.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training/recertification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and hiring participation.
• Manage production area and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
• Escalate donor/employee concerns to management.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety and customer service issues; pursue continuous improvement.
