Job summary

BioLife Plasma, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Training Supervisor in Kokomo, IN. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the training of production staff, manage the training program, and drive adherence to quality standards. You will coordinate orientation, participate in hiring, and coach hourly staff on safety and performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and CPR/AED certifications. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Review Quality Control Records and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
