Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a candidate to oversee donor center production and staff, reporting to the Center Manager. You will help achieve production and cost goals while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across daily operations.

You will participate in staff selection and training, provide performance feedback, and help implement corrective actions. This role includes hands-on work on the donor floor and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree desired.
• Minimum of one year in a regulated industry or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work weekends, extended shifts and travel occasionally.
• Valid CPR and AED certification required.
• Must be mobile for an entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in selection and training of new staff and management.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback, including disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
