Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is hiring for a center management role in Kissimmee, FL. You will oversee production areas, supervise staff, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate training, respond to donor and employee concerns, and drive continuous improvement in daily operations to support high-quality plasma collection and patient care.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending and standing for shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong observational skills to monitor equipment and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and annual re-certification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate employees to meet performance goals.
• Consult with management on escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operations, safety, and customer service.
