Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs; gloves worn due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and cross-training completion.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate staff to meet goals and quality standards.
• Escalate donor/employee concerns to management.
• Counsel hourly staff on operations, safety, and customer service.
