Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Training Supervisor in Corpus Christi, TX. You will oversee the production area's training, coordinate new-hire orientation and cross-training to meet certification requirements, and monitor quality records to uphold standards.

You will partner with management to address donor and employee concerns, coach hourly staff on safety and service, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced plasma center.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Frequent bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs; glove use due to bloodborne pathogens.
• Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift and monitor equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center training needs and cross-training programs.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Review Quality Control Records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety and customer service issues.
• Escalate donor/employee concerns to management and pursue continuous improvement.
