Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Manager to oversee production areas and lead a team of hourly staff in Methuen, MA. You will report to the Center Manager and ensure high-quality plasma collection while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will coordinate training, review quality records, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives to support patient-focused medicines.

Qualifications

• Oversee center operations and production areas.
• Coordinate training and re-certification for staff.
• Review quality control records and compliance.
• Lead new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage production area to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Escalate donor/employee concerns to management.
• Counsel hourly staff on operations, safety, and customer service; seek improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training and re-certification completion.
• Review Quality Control Records to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation; participate in hiring.
• Manage production area; motivate staff to meet performance goals and standards.
• Consult with management on escalated donor/employee concerns.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
