Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a center production leader in Kokomo, IN. You will oversee daily production area operations, manage staff, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive safety and efficiency initiatives. This role reports to the Center Manager and supports continuous improvement within a high‑volume plasma center. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Must be able to walk and stand for the full shift; frequent bending and reaching.
• Frequent lifting to 32 lbs and occasional to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs and ensure cross-training and annual recertification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate employees to meet performance goals and SOPs.
• Escalate donor/employee concerns to the management team.
• Counsel hourly staff on operations, safety, and customer service; identify improvement opportunities.
