Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Center Operations Lead who will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees in the production areas. You will supervise performance, scheduling, and support donor interactions to resolve concerns.

You will lead inventory control, participate in operational initiatives, and ensure tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing are performed with quality and safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and contribute to operational initiatives
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts
