Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Technician III to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while ensuring regulatory and company standards are met.

You will maintain donor records, train junior technicians, and support center operations to ensure donor safety and service quality. Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, monitoring donors, and adhering to FIFO inventory, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 months’ clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, follow SOPs and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with state, federal and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Deliver high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
• Assess donor eligibility by vitals, testing, and registration per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions for safety and product quality.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; troubleshoot alarms and respond to adverse events.
