The role emphasizes safety, donor experience, and quality control in a fast-paced environment. You will operate plasmapheresis equipment, maintain records, monitor temperatures, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 months’ experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, donor confidentiality, and positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments, including vitals and testing.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms and troubleshoot alerts.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sterile products and sample handling.
