Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while maintaining strict compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will maintain donor confidentiality and provide excellent customer service, monitor donor safety, and assist with quality control and equipment maintenance as part of a fast-paced donor center team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months' experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret regulations and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor vitals to ensure safety and product quality.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment, respond to alarms, and disconnect donors after procedures.
• Perform plasma collection, sample handling, and shipment preparation per SOPs.
